ONE MORE PAPER TO GO AND THE MID TERMS ARE OFFICIALLY OVER!!!!!! OMG, OMG, OMG, OMG, OMG! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!

Please bear with me today, I am feeling a little very hyped up.   :D   Recap of the 7 papers took: I love the essay topics given for English 1, but the time is just too short. I crap the end of my story. Physics 3 wasn't that hard as I thought I would be, same as History 1. EST 1 is good, just shading the correct answer in the answer sheet, so how hard can it be? PE, Chemistry 1 and Chemistry 3 today was superbly awesome! I wrote crap for the subjective part in the PE paper (but that's nothing to my concern). Chemistry 1 and 3 was good (since my worst Science subject is Chemistry). Not too hard. I AM HAPPY.   :)

As promised, the update on my vacation in Perth nearly a month(?) ago. The fifth and most exciting day in Perth (April 3)!

[NOTE: THIS POST IS A MUST-READ!]

Pancakes with blueberry jam and butter, part of my breakfast. Yummy!

Woke up early as usual and walked across the street to Miss Maud's to have breakfast. Then, we walked down the street to assemble in front of the pick-up point (the same place for every tour we took) for the tour of the day. The driver/guide was Mr David and he calls himself David Beckham. Darn, he was funny! I love his sense of humor. He has a good one for a man approaching his fifties or is already fifty. We drove around town to pick up a few people who were joining us before starting our day tour.

On the way to Kings Park, our first stop of the day.

The super tall bell tower we passed by nearly everyday.

The Ferris wheel.

Chien Chien Jie Jie getting comfy in the mini bus.

The oh-so-cute sister.  xD

Kings Park and Botanic Garden, located at the highest place in the City Centre.

We LOVE taking pictures.  :D

Blueberry jam and peaches got me hyped, I don't know what about Sis.

The monument for those who served for the army.

Us having fun, ignoring the attention we got from curious onlookers.

Dad. Grandma.

Family pic (excluding yours truly cause I was the photographer).

Mom jumped with me. Weehee.

Dad trying to take a self-portrait, but failed. He needs lessons from the pro.  xD

Heh.

Perth City Centre. Breathtaking view.

Awww...

Me and Daddy.   :)

We rock!

Lying down on the cool grass. Oh, I miss the grass there!  :(

Tried to take candid shots, but we ended up looking so fake.

She dares to lie down on the floor. Kudos to her....

On the way to our second stop in a historic place in Fremantle...

...we take more pictures!

...saw this St. John Ambulance First Aid and Training building.

The second stop: a monument and memorial park. Took this in the bus, sorry for the blur pic.

We take group pics before walking about.

A tram!

And we take more pics. Can't help ourselves.  8)

The third stop: A Fremantle market. The place is huge, I tell you. There are food, cool T-shirts, aroma therapy oils, handmade craft and so much more on sale! You would go insane if you were there, cause I did.

 In the market.

Aladdin Kebab.    xD

Sorry for the limited pictures of the market. It's really packed and I was afraid I would drop my DSLR, so I didn't take the risk to use it. Anyways, I bought some sew-on badges for my guitar bag and a handmade Gibson Les Paul miniature! It is made of pine wood, and the finishings are simply beautiful. That would be a substitute before the real one comes. Oh, and I bought it for AUD 25. Kinda expensive, but oh well...

The fourth stop: E-Shed Markets. Stopped here for lunch and some shopping.

The market.

Lunch for the day: fried rice with mixed vegetables and honey chicken. We went literally nuts as soon as we saw Chinese food. It was not bad, actually.

Shopped a little bit after lunch. I bought cute T-shirts for my cousins. Mom, Dad and Chien Chien Jie Jie got souvenirs.

Pretty pretty flowers.   :)

Next, our pit stop. David just stopped for awhile and let us take some pics and inhale the fresh air.

Promoting a drink.

Nice beach, huh?

Me and Sis went to our jobs as soon as we got down the mini bus; boy-hunting! And we spot these two hotties sunbathing (CLICK TO ENLARGE). I apologize if you can't really get a good look of them, I don't have a telephoto lens. This is the best my DSLR could do. Anyways, we were standing very far from the beach.

Picture time!

Dad pretending to sunbathe...

...and ended up being sat on...

...and also became their inflatable bed!   xP

Seagull and pigeons.

The fifth stop: calling all the chocoholics out there, the chocolate factory!

At the viewing window.

Took spoonfuls of white, dark and milk chocolate chips and tasted them. Yum yum!

I ate them slowly, allowing the taste to linger in my tongue for a long time.

Ice-cream. Mmmmm...

CHOCOLATES! Double mmmmmm....

The sixth stop: back at Caversham Wildlife Park, again!

We went to Molly's Farm to watch the sheep shearing, whip cracking, dog mustering and cow milking!

A big white peacock we saw.

Farm animals! Heh.

The arena.

She rode a horse in!  O.O

The very obedient dog sat down as asked to.

SHEEPS CAME IN!!!! And I got all excited!   x)

The dog made them shush.

Demonstration of the sheep shearing. The poor sheep...  :(

Demonstration of whip cracking. The sound it made scares the hell out of me.  >.<

The cow's name is Minty. Such a coincident, Jun Wei!

I should've raised my hand when they ask for a hand of kids to volunteer themselves cause they needed "help". I could've stand a chance to those cute sheep.  -.-

Milking the cow.

The catching pen, where the sheep is kept.

The really brilliant dog, Jack.

I PATTED A SHEEP!!!! I love its soft fur.

Saw two white peacocks on the way out.

We scream for ice-cream!!!

The seventh stop of the day: another winery!!! (The first pic is quite blur cause I took it in the bus).

Wine tasting. I didn't know who was the lady who served them during the wine tasting session. I was too busy getting fascinated with... stuff.  :(

My personal favorite. Love the effect.   (:

Wine, wine and more wine.

Dad helping to promote Pinelli Wines.  x)

Aha, pink cheeks!

There was a fire miles and miles away.

I was fascinated by... these. Dried leaves and grapes. Lovely, aren't they?

Dad snuck out a glass of wine and force me to try that bitter drink. Love this candid shot by Sis.

Our tour bus. Wheeee.  :)

We headed back to the City Centre around 5 pm. David offered to take us around the town for a night tour later around 7.30 pm, and Dad totally loved the idea! So, David dropped us a few blocks away from our hotel and me, Sis and Chien Chien Jie Jie went back to our hotel rooms to put the unnecessary stuff and purchases of the day.

Since we have no idea where to dine, we chose to eat at KFC for the night! It was, obviously, finger-licking good.

We walked around and window-shopped since we have ample of time left. Wanted to buy some clothing apparels at Roxy, but the price was nearly the same as it is back in Malaysia. So, I ended up not buying anything. Lucky for Mom and Chien Chien Jie Jie, they got some cheap and nice branded clothes in Cotton On. They were happy cause they have new clothes to work.  :P

At 7.30 pm sharp, our night tour begins!

The huge amount of crowd a.k.a. party animals at a pub in a hotel we passed by.

Yup, we got a culture shock. It's kinda weird cause people only come out and party on Friday and Saturday nights. On the other days, citizens of the City Centre will just have a quiet dinner with colleagues or friends after work. And they the nightlife only comes alive on those two days. Compare to Malaysia, tsk, we party all week long.

David drove us to Kings Park again, this time for the view of the city at night. He nicknamed the park as "Kiss Park" after sunset cause according to him, it is a famous dating spot for couples. The beautiful night skyline and pitch-black darkness, it is indeed a good dating spot.

It was really dark there, as in no street lamps at all, like a blackout. I tripped over some huge rocks and nearly fell into a hole. Yeah, clumsy me. Sis and I walked to an observation deck to take pictures of the city. Gosh, I did the wrong thing. I checked the place and made sure that the place was couple-free, and yes it was. After I got Sis and went back there, we saw this dude and his girlfriend kissing. They sprang apart when I said, "Oops" and apologized in a small voice. Red-faced and ashamed, they just nodded and walked away quickly. Embarrassing moment.

The observation deck was quite large, and this time, there were two hot (and young!) dudes drinking beer, watching the cars in the highway and enjoying the cool breeze. They were taking up so much space leaning on the railing, so I stood from afar and just went clicking all the way. Then, one of them said sorry and made space for me so that I can take better shots. I smiled meekly and said thank you to the both of them and continued to take more shots of the city.  *smiles like a freak*

Teehee. Love this effect. The blur view of the city at night!

Without the flash.

We left Kiss Park (haha) and David took us around the neighborhood. And we came to this lovely neighborhood with rich residents. Big beautiful houses facing the Swan River. Across their houses, they got the perfect view of the city. There was no need to even get to the peak of Kings Park. David mentioned that during any celebration like New Year's Eve, lots of people will gather there to watch the fireworks. The residents there, well, they can watch it from their balcony.

The view of the city and Swan River from the neighborhood.

David wanted to show us the exclusive nightlife spot in town and the adults agreed, so he drove us next to a place (I forgotten the name!) where Intercontinental Hotel and Holiday Inn is located. The place there that made the place extra special: a casino.

So, David brought the rest of them into the casino while me, Grandma and Sis rot at Intercontinental Hotel's lobby. Found a place to sit and me and Sis got back to work again. There were loads of smokin' hot dudes dressed to their best passing by the place we sat. So, Sis gave me the job to "spy" and give her details of them. Hair color, eye color, smile, apparel; you name it. And she is in-charge of writing down the juicy details in a small notebook she brought along for the vacation. In that notebook, there are about 4-6 dudes Sis described that could make any girl's imagination wild.

I spied on this dude for about more than half an hour. He wore a black-button up shirt with jeans and shoes. His hair is scruffy and messy, mmmm, I like it! He was on the phone, pacing up and down right in front of us. Then, oh gosh, he SMILED!!! O-M-G, he has a super cute smile! He sat at the back of us, joining a group of friends. Speaking of his friends, they're all hot too, but they are taken. Don't know about him, but I think he is single. As one of his girl friend walked into the hotel, they left the seat (sheesh!) and dined at the hotel's restaurant. It's okay, at least I have a good more-than-half-an-hour view of him.  8)

The reception of Intercontinental Hotel.

Look up, and you'll see this.

I love what I was wearing! Wish I could dress like this in Malaysia.   -.-

The spy filling in the juicy details.

The driveway of the hotel.

The rest left the casino around 10 pm (thank goodness, I was so tired already) and met up with us. Dad won some cash, I couldn't remember how much, and promised to pay for our shopping trip to Harbor City the last two days of our stay in Perth. Yay!

Arrived back at our hotel around 10.20 pm. Mom and Chien Chien Jie Jie went into the pub at our hotel to get a glass of beer. Dad didn't wanna join them cause he was tired, so he went back to the rooms with us. A few minutes later while I was watching TV, Mom came back to the room. She told us that they were asked to leave at 10.30 pm cause the pub was shutting down. Mom wasn't satisfied cause they only got to drink a glass of beer. Saddening, huh?

The next update: Rottnest Island! That post will be MORE exciting than this.  *hint hint*   So, stay tuned!

The official music video for Crazier by Taylor Swift from the Hannah Montana: The Movie. Taylor
looks really pretty in the beige tube dress. This song is really beautiful. Kudos to her for writing
this song.

Oh, and I didn't know Taylor could play the piano, too! Mind me, I am addicted to her songs, I don't know why.   ;)

PARANOID'S MUSIC VIDEO IS OFFICIALLY RELEASED ON YOUTUBE LAST SUNDAY!!!!! Still don't get the music video, but I like it.  :D

Ah, it's been such a long time since I posted pictures of Joe.  xD   He looks like a kid here, right? SO CUTE!!!   :D
