Imagine you just ate lunch at nearly 2 pm. You left your house at 3 pm+. And your dad drove at 160-180 km/h and suddenly slammed the emergency break and continued speeding up again. And this kept repeating for the next few minutes. How do you feel? Drowsy, of course. I don't only feel drowsy, I feel at the edge of puking as well!
We reached Penang about after 8.30 pm. I was starving in the car, so we head for dinner first. And of course, who can resist the Penang Hokkien Prawn Noodles? :) That's my dinner! After dinner, we drove to our hotel to check-in. Which hotel I stayed at? Well... Hotel Equatorial! It's at Bukit Jambul and I certainly never been there before. The hotel's location is absolutely marvellous! The air is cooling and refreshing... Yes, nice location. We didn't manage to find the hotel the first time and the second time we missed the turn-off to the hotel. -.- We found the hotel the third time. Anyway, take a look at the hotel. Yes, I did take a few pics for y'all. Have a look...
Crossing the Penang Bridge at 7.50 pm.
The beautiful Christmas tree at the lobby.
The floors of the hotel rooms from the lobby.
The bed.
The mirror and wardrobe.
The confectionery place.
The overview of the toilet.
The basin and toilet bowl.
The shower.
The towel rack.
The stuff provided in the toilet.
The sitting area. There's sis playing "Need For Speed: Most Wanted".
The view from our room balcony.
The tennis court from our room balcony.
The golf course from our room balcony.
Dad dropped me and mum at the lobby to check-in while he and sis went to park his car in the car park. I saw 2 hot blonde girls at the reception counter. Didn't manage to see any hot guys at the hotel's lobby. :'( After we checked-in, we went to our room to leave our luggages and take a rest before dropping off the stocks.
We left the hotel to drop off the stocks at 11 pm +. After that, we went for supper. Reached back at our hotel at nearly 1 am. Watched "The Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift" on HBO 'til nearly 2 am. Lights off!
Woke up at 8.40 am the very next day. Washed up, checked-out, and head to a morning market for breakfast. And, when I was buying pajamas bottoms at the market, this hot guy went up to my dad and say, "Nice shirt! *smiles and laughs*" He smiled at all of us, too! I was like, this rocks!!! I met a hot guy in a morning market, not in the hotel lobby!!! And, we left the market a little bit after that. ='( For your information ladies, he ain't single! I was kinda dissapointed when I saw that, too...
Went around the places, take away some food and stopped at the New World Park for.................................... *drum rolls* "AIS KACANG"!!!!! I've been begging my dad to bring me there for "ais kacang" as he know the "ais kacang" seller there. I ate a bowl of "ais kacang" by myself and I had "Ice Ball", too! ^^ It's just shaved ice, shaped into a ball and dipped into Sarsi and pink syrup. And, the "ais kacang" costs RM 2.00 while the "Ice Ball" costs only Rm 0.80!Walked about the area and left for Queensbay Mall.
My first "Ice Ball". Took this while waiting for sis to buy her Starbucks Ice Blended Mocha at New World Park.
Me eating my "Ice Ball".
And, High School Musical 2 madness striked the mall! Nearly every floor of the mall have cut-outs of the main casts of HSM. The cut-outs have holes to put your face in there and take a picture. Mum asked me to do that, but I told her that I'm not Sharpay or anyone in the film. I didn't manage to stop and take a picture with cut-out Troy (Zac Efron) beside Gabriella, ignoring the cut-out Gabriella (there's a hole in her face for the girls who fancies him to take a pic with him and I didn't want to be her) although I wanted to. :'( Visited Borders, the ground floor (HSM merchandises sold there) then left for lunch. Ate "nasi kandar" for lunch then went back to the New World Park to get another "Ice Ball". :P Journey back to KL started at 3.00 pm+.
My second "Ice Ball".
Eating my second "Ice Ball". ^^
The view from the Penang Bridge.
There's a major traffic jam in the highway, which made us reach home about 7.00 pm+. Tiring day. Glad to be home.
