180209. My Sweet 16.
I thought that no one will remember my birthday which falls on the second day of the monthly test, and we sat for History, English and Add Maths papers. But, EVERYONE didn't forget. Members of the choral speaking group were the first ones to wish me, then came with other friends.

After school, we still have duty like usual. Stayed back and did revision in the library. May Ee and Yee Fung kept whispering around and leaving the library. I thought they were helping a teacher or something, so I didn't really care.
The both of them told me and Sis that a teacher needed their help, so they left a few minutes before our lunch break. When we went down for our lunch break, Yee Fung stopped me from getting food.
Yee Fung:Go and sit with May Ee. (pushing me lightly to their table)
Me: No. I wanna get fooooooooooooood!
Yee Fung: Smun, come here and sit also.
Sue Mun: Huh? (she was really blur)
May Ee and Yee Fung: Close your eyes.
*a few moments later*
May Ee and Yee Fung: SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!
They presented these wonderful food on the table. How cool is that?
They told us that they wanted a small celebration with us and they know that we couldn't celebrate because of the exams. I was so darn touched. =')
That was a great surprise party with only 2 guests. It's so sweet of you guys. THANK YOU, MAY EE AND YEE FUNG FOR THE PREPARATION AND MAKING MY DAY EXTRA SPECIAL. I LOVE YOU TWO TO BITS!!!!!! :D
Surprise #2:
Dad fetched me and Sis home after tuition class at 7.30 pm. We dropped by the gym to pick Mom up from her yoga class before heading home. While waiting for Mom, he asked us our ideal birthday gift. I told him that I would like an iPod, a new MacBook, a pro cam and a new phone (C905). He just nodded and Mom came at the nick of time, so we headed home.
After dinner, Mom requested me to sing any song, and she said that "it will pay off". I took a long time to think of a song, and I ended up doing a cover of I'm Yours by Jason Mraz. Sis sang Lovebug by the Jonas Brothers on chair by Mom's special request while I played the guitar.
Later on, Dad passed a huge box wrapped in newspaper in a brown paper bag to me and a smaller one to Sis. I was so scared that it might be a snake or something scary (cause Dad just like to see me scared), so I opened it with my eyes shut. I heard Sis screaming, and I was terrified. After ripping off the wrapper, I got the bloody shock of my life.
Please don't bother to read what Mom wrote on the envelope. I can't read it either. =P But I like the card. :)
I BLOODY GOT A MACBOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8DI was like, WHAT THE HELL?! I squealed, screamed, jumped, hopped, spun round and round, you name it. I was literally walking on air. I mean,this is INSANE!!! THANK YOU, DAD!!! Mom got me and Sis tickets to Jason Mraz's concert on March 4th. :D
A big thank you to ALL of you who wished, hugged and gave me presents. Thank you for giving me a fabulous Sweet 16 and making me see the brighter side of being 16. Thank you SO much. I LOVE YOU GUYS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! ;)
