Margaret River, Here We Come!

Hello!

We went to Margaret River on our second day (March 31) in Perth. Dad woke me up around 5 am cause we gotta leave by 7.30 am. Dad thought that the time difference is an hour earlier from Malaysia. By the time we went down to the lobby, we found out that we made a mistake. So, we waited for almost half an hour before we can eat breakfast at the hotel's restaurant.

Our hotel building. Small, huh?

A very sleepy Sis at 6.30 am.

By the way, the food sucked. The bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages and tomatoes were oily and soggy. I nearly puked at the breakfast table.

We walked down the road to assemble at the meeting point. I passed our vouchers to the person-in-charge and we went up the bus.

Mom and Dad.  :)

The Playhouse Theatre.

I LOVE Ferris wheel.   :D

The city of Perth.

The shopping at the suburb area. It's pretty small.

We stopped by Half-Way Cafe and went into the bakery because Mom wants to get some coffee.

After 2 hours 30 minutes drive, we finally arrived in Margaret River. The bus driver dropped us at the Assured Margarets Forest Service Apartment and we walked to the receptionist to check-in.

And you can even barbeque here! They provide you with stove, coals and stuff you need, except for the food.

Me and my Canon 1000D.   :D

Oh wait! Did I tell you that Dad got me a Canon 1000D the night before we left? We were at the camera shop in Sunway Pyramid, browsing over video cameras and I spotted the beautiful row of DSLRs there. I asked the shopkeeper to show me the Canon 1000D and explain the functions and stuff. Then, Dad came over and asked for the price, then asked me whether I want it. I said yes (DUH!), and I became the proud owner of the Canon 1000D!   :D

We went out after we left our overnight bags for lunch at Dome.

Sis joined me too!

Next up: River Fresh Supermarket.

We bought a loaf of bread, vegetables, mushrooms, corns, orange juice, tuna, butter, biscuits and eggs for dinner that night and breakfast the next morning. While deciding on which can of tuna to buy, I spotted this SUPERDUPERFREAKINGCUTE employee arranging back some stuff. When he left, I followed him (OMG it's like I'm stalking him) to see where he was going next. I saw him walking out of the supermarket, and I was disappointed. I crossed my fingers, hoping that I will get to meet him again somehow.

Then, Sis who were sitting on the bench outside the supermarket with Grandma came in and told me she spotted him talking to a group of his friends. And guess what? They're all as hot as him and they were just standing opposite her!! We went around the supermarket, looking for Mom, Dad and Chien Chien Jie Jie. We went to pay for our stuff and once again, we spotted him working at Counter 4!!!! But Counter 5 was empty, so we paid there. I was hoping that no one would look at us so that I can take a picture of him, but people just kept starring, so yeah. No picture. Anyway, his name is JACK.   :)

We walked back to the service apartment about 4 pm. Mom, Chien Chien Jie Jie and Grandma started preparing dinner while I indulged in to this awesome book I purchased from Target Country.

Love Songs and Lies by Libby Purves for only AUD 3.95.

Sis bought the Twilight Director's Book for AUD 22.95.
