Back from Bangkok and free from H1N1, so don't be afraid of me. :) I won't be describing about the trip, unless there are some that it's worth to tell you guys. And I didn't edit the pics. I'm just too lazy. :D
Day 1, June 5
Woke up late. Mom woke me and Sis up at 8 am, after she showered. Since we gotta leave in a few minutes time, I only managed to brush my teeth and wash my face. Ate dim sum for breakfast at USJ 21, then drove to the airport.
While waiting for Dad to park the car, Sis looked for WiFi.
Dropped by and bought some snacks before going to the departure hall.
I only can take countless amount of Sis' pics cause she doesn't seem to mind. =P
Sisters.
Cute hippo plaster.
Waiting for our flight.
At gate T5.
Glad that we are boarding!
Then, the flight was delayed cause there were some technical problem. Sis went back to Twittering.
Mom got me Light Coke from the Premium Lounge.
Some passengers who arrived SUPER late for their flight.
Passport, boarding pass, iPhone, iPod and a comic book with my backpack.
Finally boarding after more than 30 minutes of waiting, and the air stewardess were rushing us. -.-
We are family. Wacky and united. :D
Bye bye, Malaysia.
As always. (:
The first thing I did: check the menu for lunch! xD
White puffy clouds. <3
Just woke up in time for lunch!
(:
Beautiful Mom.
Sis and Mom.
Chicken rice for lunch! It was quite good.
In Bangkok.......
This is our freaking nice room in Centara Grand at Central World, upgraded from normal to executive. O.O
It's a total vanity lair (like what Sis said) cause the room has LOADS of mirrors, and I can't help myself. Haha.
Dad being himself...
In Mom and Dad's room (this time we got two rooms).
Tea at the Executive Lounge. We are welcomed to got there anytime of the day. The privilege for those who stayed in the executive room.
Dad trying on sunglasses at the sports department in Paragon.
Shopping bags.
Our hotel building by night.
The cute + retarded sister holding shopping bags after dinner in Food Hall at Paragon. Had tom yam for dinner. :P
We soaked our sore legs (after a long day) in hot water while watching TV!
Sis put too much hot water and so coincidentally I was taking a pic. Look at my face. -.-
Prepare for the shock of your lives...
Take #1.
Take #2.
Take #3.
Take #4.
Take #5.
Take #6.
Take #7. (Eating fish chips we bought from the Gourmet Market. It is REALLY good, better than Malaysia's keropok lekor)
Yours truly. (:
The sister.
Goodnight.
Day 2, June 6
Good morning, Bangkok!
Lazy sister, called her SO many times, but she still refuse to wake up.
Visited Chatuchak Weekend Market, a must go for shopaholics.
In this capsule Sis won from the vending machine by luck in Paragon yesterday........
....... contains Stich, her favorite Disney character!!!!!
In this capsule I won...............
........... contains Winnie The Pooh, my favorite Disney character!! Luck was by my side the previous day. :) It's worth RM 9 for this cute thing!
Complimentary breakfast at The Ginger was AWESOME!!! They serve good breakfast. No pics cause it was a high class place and I didn't want to be a jakun. xD
Ton Thong Gallery. Stayed there for such a long time cause the parents wanna buy some paintings for the new home.
Five of the paintings purchased for only RM 28 000 with courier service by sea. SO DAMN CHEAP!
Somehow, I love this painting.
Father and daughter.
We bought some flower pots made out of coconut shells, a decorative lamp and more than 15 t-shirts from the market. The t-shirts just cost us RM 7 to RM 8 per shirt after a tough bargain session with the stall keeper. No more RM 5 t-shirts cause of the economy crisis, I guess. Didn't get to have lunch there at my favorite food stall cause Dad had a bad gum infection that was getting worse.
Took the taxi back to the hotel. The highway was jammed up since it was lunch hour. The taxi driver was sick of the jam, so he watched a movie (I dunno what's the title) with us in the car! I slept cause I was tired and he laughed at me (Mom told me when I got up). He is a hyper dude, he laughed about almost anything! I was like, okay...
Had late lunch at C Flavor @ Central Food Hall in Central World. Dad wasn't feeling well by lunch cause he had a gum infection that hurts badly. He slept early that night, too. Poor daddy....
Ate dinner at a chicken rice restaurant near Pratunam Center after shopping in Central World. Then, went walking around the night market stalls outside Pratunam Center and bought 10 more t-shirts for RM 7 only! I enjoyed the day. :)
Day 3, June 7
My morning face.
Went to Central to shop some more. :) But didn't buy much stuff, Dad wasn't well already. Negotiated him to have lunch at my all time favorite place, Food Loft, the food court at the seventh floor since we were leaving already. He agreed, and I had tom yam, again! Then, went back to the hotel and packed up. Took a huge taxi to the airport.
Our flight was delayed from 5.20 pm to 6.05 pm. Sheesh, another flight delay. Checked-in early, anyway, and found out that we had FOUR OVERSIZE/OVERWEIGHT baggages for the very first time!!!! But the charges was only RM 40, thank goodness. Shopped at the duty-free shops and were one of the late ones to take the shuttle bus to the plane. See, this is what AirAsia is about. -.-
Sunset. Divine intervention.
Landed at LCC Terminal around 9.15 pm. Collected our baggages and Dad went and collect the car. Reached home at 10.30 pm. Showered and went to sleep.
I didn't really enjoyed the trip this time cause Dad wasn't well the whole trip. But it was still good, anyway, cause Bangkok never bores me, despite the fact that there weren't lots of hot guys there. :I I only saw a few hot and cute ones. Oh well....
Oh, and friend, I will win the bet. You're going down! =P
P.S: Happy belated birthday to the one and only Xia Shuen a.k.a Quek (I'm not posting any pic of her that I have in case she kills me when she sees it)! You've been a very nice senior to us and I hope that I did not give you any troubles this year. Anyways, hope you like the gift and homemade card from Zhen Ni, Smun, Kelly and I. :)
Found some videos of live performances by the Jonas Brothers on their songs off their new album Lines, Vines And Trying Times releasing on June 17 (checked on Wikipedia).
Paranoid. Love this song, it has cool lyrics.
Turn Right. This song made my eyes wet. Oh, and Kevin played the piano! I've never seen him off the guitar before and I didn't even know he plays the piano. :D I would turn right to Joe's arms anytime. :)
Poison Ivy. I love the fact that they used metaphors in their new songs. "Everyone's allergic to, poison ivy".
.:.:.:.:$[u]E t[E]nG:.:.:.:.
Deal. Just you and I to drive down to Singapore. :)
